1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Replylume, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on replylume.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Replylume is a B2B SaaS platform; the cookies we use are limited to what's necessary to operate the site and measure basic usage. We do not use advertising trackers or behavioral profiling cookies.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognise your device, store preferences, and measure usage. We also use related technologies such as local storage (used specifically for the cookie banner dismissal state).
3. How We Use Cookies
| Category | Examples | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | session, CSRF token, cookie-banner dismissal state | session - 12 months |
| Preferences | language, theme preferences | up to 12 months |
| Analytics | self-hosted analytics, anonymised page-view data | up to 13 months |
| Marketing | not currently used | -- |
4. Notice and Choice
By continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge our use of cookies as described above. You can opt out of analytics cookies through our cookie banner or by configuring your browser. The cookie banner dismissal is stored in your browser's local storage under the key cookie-banner-dismissed-ts and expires after six months.
5. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Where applicable state law requires (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, California Consumer Privacy Act, and other state frameworks), we honour browser-transmitted opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") for sale and targeted-advertising categories. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, analytics initialisation is suppressed regardless of your cookie banner state. We do not sell personal information and do not engage in targeted advertising.
6. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third parties acting as our service providers (for example, analytics or CDN infrastructure). We have agreements with such providers limiting their use of data to providing the contracted service. No third-party advertising networks are used on replylume.com.
7. Managing Cookies
- Use our cookie banner (accessible via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer) to opt out of analytics.
- Browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies; see aboutcookies.org for instructions.
